What we check
- EU trademarks in TMview: the EU trademark office (EUIPO) and the national offices of the EU countries.
- UK and US trademarks, when you sell there.
- Domains: .com, .eu, .co.uk, .io, .app, .ai and .net, and .us when you sell in the US.
- UK companies at Companies House.
- Apps with the same name in Apple's App Store.
- Social handles on X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Telegram, with links to look up Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Threads yourself.

Questions and answers
Is the brand check free?
Yes, and you do not need an account. Sign up if you want to keep your checks in one place.
Does "no conflict found" mean I can register the name?
Not on its own. It means we found no close mark in the registers we searched. An office or an owner can still object, so read the marks we show, and for an important name ask a trademark attorney.
Which trademark classes should I pick?
The classes of the goods and services you sell. Tell us what the business does and we suggest classes; you can add or remove them.
Do you keep my searches?
Your checks are kept for 30 days so you can come back to them, then deleted. The registers get the name only. Privacy notice
